College Scholarships
Richie Webber is hosting his second annual #FightForRecovery scholarship giveaway. The scholarship is open to any Clyde or Fremont Ross High school senior, who has been personally affected by the addiction epidemic. This includes those who have overcome drug/alcohol problems themselves, or have a loved one who has been addicted or has overdosed.

How To Enter
The Scholarships are both 3,000 dollars each and can be used for any trade school, community, or College tuition. Applicants can talk to their school guidance counselor to learn more about submission requirements.
Applicants should submit a 2-4 page essay detailing how their experience has affected their lives and how they plan to overcome this difficulty, along with giving their transcripts to their school guidance counselor by April 23rd. The winner will be selected by May 3rd and be announced on Richie Webber’s professional Facebook page .

Who is #FightForRecovery?
#FightForRecovery is a 501C3 nonprofit funded by generous community donors, along with its founder Richie Webber’s personal contributions. No member of #FightForRecovery receives any type of benefit or monetary reimbursement for mileage, expenses etc, making it one of Ohio’s few true not-for-profit addiction recovery non-profit organizations. #FightForRecovery strives to provide positive sober social events for individuals and families in recovery, as well as provide opportunities to students who have been directly affected by the opiate epidemic.
